WHY IS THERE A SLIGHT COLOUR DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MY ORDER AND THE PHOTO ON SCREEN?
Please note that all screens are calibrated differently and that some colours may look different on each screen. We try our best to make the colour look the same as in reality but please note that slight differences may occur as we have no control on how your mobile/ computer screen is calibrated.
WHY DID I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT EYELET LACE PATTERN THAN ON SCREEN?
Please note that for all items in the eyelet lace fabric, some embroidery pattern variation may occur depending on availabilty. The fabric composition and colour will of course be the same, it just might be that the embroidery pattern is ever so slightly different. If you are hesitant please contact us at email@example.com to double check which exact pattern you will receive if you place an order.
WHAT DOES FREESIZE MEAN?
FREESIZE is a term which means that the garment can be worn by a variety of sizes, in our case FREESIZE means it will fit a size S to a M, please see or size guide (hyperlink to SIZING) for more info.
The garments which are labeled FREESIZE mean that they have an oversized fit and either include a belt or a coulisse which makes it adjustable.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
Please refer to our size guide as well as the information provided on each individual product page, this will provide the models measurements and the size she is wearing.

WHERE ARE YOUR GARMENTS MADE?
Our garments are made in Mauritius in our lovely ateliers, only our sandals soles are made in India.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, it is not possible to amend any details, as our team will have already started processing your order.

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
Once you've reached our checkout page, enter your promotional code into the space provided, enter the correct code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENTS?
We recommend washing them by hand in cold water. This process will expand the “new feeling” of your garment, as washing machines tend to be quite rough on delicate fabrics. We recommend that you dry your garment flat or on a hanger and iron on reverse on medium heat.
WHAT DOES MADE TO ORDER MEAN?
Made-to-order means that our items are made specially for you once your order has been placed. As the items are not in stock, they are are made by our little team specially for you.
All of our products are on a made-to-order basis except for our Oleya sandals, they are dispatched within 5 working days. Our Oleya sandals are dispatched within 3 working days.
By choosing a customisable garment, you can choose your preferred colour from the fabric swatches we have available.
