DO YOU OFFER AN ALTERATION SERVICE?
Yes we do! If you have purchased a garment with us and would like to make a small alteration such as; hemming, taking in seams/ darts etc... We would gladly do that for you for a sum of $10 per garment, it will take between 2 to 4 working days.
Please note that the cost of sending the garment back to us and back to you will have to be paid by you. You can alternatively make an appointment at our atelier by contacting us by email or have it dropped off and picked up once it is ready.
If you would like an alteration to be done before we dispatch your order. Please add a note on the checkout page, we will bill the alteration cost separately.
WHY IS THERE A SLIGHT COLOUR DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MY ORDER AND THE PHOTO ON SCREEN?
Please note that all screens are calibrated differently and that some colours may look different on each screen. We try our best to make the colour look the same as in reality but please note that slight differences may occur as we have no control on how your mobile/ computer screen is calibrated.
WHY DID I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT EYELET LACE PATTERN THAN ON SCREEN?
For designs in eyelet lace/ broderie anglaise we like to limit our quantities per design to maintain exclusivity. You will see a photo of our the current fabric design on the product page.
WHAT DOES FREESIZE MEAN?
FREESIZE means that the garment can be worn by a variety of sizes and it is often adjustable, our FREESIZE will fit a size S to size L, please see our size guide for more information.
The garments which are labeled FREESIZE mean that either they have an oversized fit or they have a design element which makes them adjustable to fit such as a coulisse or elastic.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
Please refer to our size guide as well as the information provided on each individual product page, you will find the exact measurements of the garment as well as the size our model is wearing.

WHERE ARE YOUR GARMENTS MADE?
Our garments are handmade in Mauritius in our atelier.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, it is not possible to amend any details, as our team will have already started processing your order.
If you are unhappy with your purchase once it arrives, you're welcome to email us. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
On our checkout page, enter your discount code into the space provided, enter the correct code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied.
Please note that only one discount code can be used at a time.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENTS?
We recommend hand-washing our designs in cold water. This will extend the “new feeling” of your garment, as washing machines tend to be quite rough on delicate fabrics. We recommend that you dry your garment flat or on a hanger and iron on reverse on medium heat.
WHAT DOES MADE TO ORDER MEAN?
We have curated a collection of our bestsellers that can be made specially for you in our atelier.
Made to order means that the garment will be made once your order comes through, please allow 3 to 5 working days for production.
