  • When placing and fulfilling an order through the SASKIA online store it constitutes as an agreement to the bellow return/ refund policy and terms and conditions, which apply to your case.
  • Unfortunately we do not accept returns for “a change of mind”, only valid reasons such as an incorrect size, fit problem, defect or incorrect order will be taken into consideration.
  • Please make sure to read the description of each product carefully and take into consideration the measurements that are supplied.​ ​
  • We do not accept returns for discounted / outlet items.

RETURN POLICY FOR SIZE OR FIT PROBLEM

Please make sure to read the description of each product carefully and take into consideration the measurements that are supplied. Use the sizing chart provided before purchasing, if you are unsure of the size please contact us.

  • You must notify us of the problem within 2 business days from the parcels arrival date.
  • Please provide a valid reason for return/ refund
  • The garment must be in its original packaging, unworn, undamaged and unwashed.
  • Returned in its original condition with all tags intact and attached to the garment.
  • Eligibility for a return is in correspondence to our T&Cs. 

FAULTY ORDERS

  • You must notify us of the problem within 2 business days from the parcels arrival date.
  • Please provide a valid reason for return/ refund; please provide photos of defect/ fault
  • The matter will be assessed and in the case that we agree that there has been a mistake on our side we will refund you the full amount you paid for the item, including shipping.
  • Eligibility for a faulty order is in correspondence to our T&Cs. 
  • INCORRECT ORDER

    If both parties discuss and agree that the item received by the customer is incorrect at the fault of the SASKIA team, we will happily cover the cost of return shipping and replace your item. If the customer does not wish to replace the item they will be eligible for a full refund upon the return of the incorrect item.  Please see the following conditions:

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Any disputes for a return, refund, replacement, faulty or incorrect order must be discussed, resolved and approved by the SASKIA team within 5 business days from notification of the issue by the customer.

    • All returns, refunds, replacements, faulty or incorrect order's are to the discretion of the SASKIA team.
    • All customers are liable for the selections made within their order and a “change of mind” is not a valid reason for a return / refund.
    • Failure to supply the correct information regarding your order will result in the return/ refund process being cancelled.
    • Return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-refundable in the case of a size or fit problem
    • Return shipping is refundable for incorrect or faulty orders, you will have to provide us with the receipt of the shipping method.
    • Return shipping is required to be sent via a secure, trackable express post service with notification of the tracking number once posted. 
    • SASKIA P Ltd is not liable for any loss, damage, expense or delay that the parcel may incur during transportation.
    • If a refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method, upon the return of the garment.
